Reactivating an Internal Actor

The administrator uses the Change Status option in the Actor Detail to reactivate an actor and add the actor back to the actor list.

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the User Management section, click Users.
    Result: The Internal Actors window is displayed.
  4. Check the Show Terminated check box at the bottom of the User List. The system refreshes automatically and the deactivated actor(s) now display in this list.
  5. Check the checkbox of the actor to be reactivated.
  6. Click Action > Change Status.
    Result: The Actor entry window is displayed.

NOTE: Actors can only be reactivated from the view.

  1. Click the drop down button and select the appropriate status.
  2. Enter a comment or reason for reactivating the actor.
  3. Confirm your user ID and enter your password. Click the Save button.
    Result: The internal actor has been reactivated and added back to the Actor list.
